Community Animal Response Team (CART)
Providing Prevention, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery
for Emergencies Affecting Animals

What is CART?
A Community Animal Response Team (CART) program is a network of animal and animal-agricultural resources that are available for planning, prevention, protection, mobilization, response, and recovery related to emergency incidents within their community.
The CART brochure contains additional information, including an interest form you can complete to become involved in Chesapeake's CART program.
