Sole Source Notices

As of August 2015, the Purchasing Division utilizes the Commonwealth of Virginia's eProcurement site, eVA to post single and sole source notifications. This information can be found by selecting the yellow "VBO Bids" icon on the eVA Homepage. Under the "Advanced Search" hyperlink, select the City of Chesapeake as the Agency/Entity.
