Immigration and Control Act
Effective November 9, 2007, all contracts shall contain a certification of compliance with immigration laws. The successful contractor or vendor shall complete the certification before contract award. Failure to provide a notarized certification will render the contract null and void.
The Immigration Compliance Form included as Attachment A is provided for informational purposes only during the solicitation phase of the procurement. Upon award determination and notification, the winning contractor must complete the form and submit it to the Purchasing Manager before an award can be made.
