Cold Case - Donna Cannaday
On Wednesday, October 18, 1989, Donna Cannaday, age 22 was found shot and killed in a ditch on West Road near the Chesapeake Regional Airport.
The victim's front and back doors of the home she rented in the southeastern part of the city were wide open. Her purse and keys were missing, but her shoes were left by the front door.
