Cold Case - Benjamin Owens

On February 26, 1998, 64 year old Benjamin Owens was shot and killed while working the night shift at the old Texaco Mart at the corner of Dominion and Great Bridge Blvd. At 1:34 a.m., an armed suspect entered the store in an attempt to rob the business.
