Attorneys
Court-Appointed
If you are the respondent in a criminal case and cannot afford an attorney, you may ask the judge to appoint one for you. The judge will then determine if you qualify for this service.
Guardian Ad Litem
If the legal matter is one concerning a child, the judge may appoint an attorney to represent the child(ren)'s interest.
