The South Norfolk Revitalization Commission (SNRS) shall act in an advisory capacity and make recommendations to City Council in considering issues relating to economic development, historical resources, and other amenities in the South Norfolk Borough and also identifies issues which the Commission feels is most appropriate to foster a rejuvenation of the South Norfolk area. (City Code Sec 2-620.2)
