Addressing the Council: Chesapeake City Council will meet 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at City Hall. Due to COVID-19 concerns, occupancy in the Council Chamber will be restricted to City Council Members and a limited number of staff during the Meeting. Those wishing to address Council during the meeting can do so in one of two ways.

COVID-19 Public Utilities Assistance: If you have an overdue residential or non-residential water or wastewater bill due to economic hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, you may qualify for CARES ACT Funding to help cover it. The deadline to apply is Jan. 20.
