View the toll rates. Toll rates change July 1st of each year. When referring to the toll rate schedule, please be sure you are looking at the current fiscal year toll rates.
For the lowest toll rate you must have an E-ZPass account with a registered transponder installed in the vehicle. The account must be funded and the vehicle license plate must be properly listed on the account. Motorists who have not properly registered their transponder(s) or license plate(s) or whose E-ZPass accounts have insufficient funds will be charged the non E-ZPass toll rate. Choose to fund using auto-replenishment to avoid a negative balance in your E-ZPass account. Verify your account regularly to ensure you get the E-ZPass rate.
You can also pay in person at the main Chesapeake City Treasurer's Office in City Hall (306 Cedar Road). (Toll disputes cannot be handled at any walk-in location and must be done through the toll-pay website.)
Did you receive a collection invoice from Valor Intelligent Processing, LLC or Credit Protection Association, LP (CPA) for Dominion Boulevard? Please call 855-813-9123 or log onto your account.
Note: All previous communications from CPA, LP have been transferred to Valor Intelligent Processing. There will be no changes in how you access your account and/or account history. As a result of this change, when processing payments you will now see "VIP Collections" on your bank notices or credit card statements.
