The Customer Contact Center serves as the City's first point of contact for citizens as well as visitors and individuals doing business with the City. There are three ways to request a service or report a concern:

- How many bulk pick ups are allowed per year?

Bulk household waste is limited to one 4-foot-wide-by-4 foot-high-by-10-foot-long pile per residence per week and is limited to 12 collections per calendar year. Bulk yard waste is limited to one 4-foot-wide-by-4-foot-high-by-6-foot-long pile per residence per week. Household piles should always be separate from yard waste piles. - How do I contact the Permits Department?

Development and Permits may be contacted at 757-382-6018 and press option 2 to speak to a representative. Development and Permits handles building permits as well as code violations and zoning issues.
