• Take EXIT 291-B onto VA-168 S/Chesapeake Expressway, merge to far left lanes toward Nags Head/Manteo
• Take the VA-165 S/Mt Pleasant Rd. EXIT 11-A toward Great Bridge
• Turn right onto Mt. Pleasant Rd
• Turn right onto VA-168 Business/Battlefield Boulevard
• Take a left on Cedar Rd. from Battlefield and the City of Chesapeake's City Hall will be on the right just past the library
