• Merge onto I-295s via EXIT 84-A (on the left) toward ROCKY MT NC
• Merge onto I-64 E via EXIT 28-A toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach
• Take EXIT 291-B onto VA-168 S/Chesapeake Expressway, merge to far left lanes toward Nags Head/Manteo
• Take the VA-165 S/Mt Pleasant Rd. EXIT 11-A toward Great Bridge
• Turn right onto Mt. Pleasant Rd
• Turn right onto VA-168 Business/Battlefield Boulevard
• Take a left on Cedar Rd. from Battlefield and the City of Chesapeake's City Hall will be on the right just past the library

From Richmond, VA

• Merge onto I-64 E via EXIT 28A toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach
• Take EXIT 291-B onto VA-168 S/Chesapeake Expressway, merge to far left lanes toward Nags Head/Manteo
• Take the VA-165 S/Mt Pleasant Rd. EXIT 11-A toward Great Bridge
• Turn right onto Mt. Pleasant Rd
• Turn right onto VA-168 Business/Battlefield Boulevard
• Take a left on Cedar Rd. from Battlefield and the City of Chesapeake's City Hall will be on the right just past the library

From Outer Banks, NC

• Take NC-12 until it becomes US-158 W
• Stay straight to go onto NC-168
• Follow signs to the Chesapeake Expressway
• Take the expressway to the Hanbury Road EXIT 10A
• Merge to the right onto Hanbury Road.
• At the traffic light, turn right on Battlefield Blvd.
• Take a left on Cedar Rd. from Battlefield and the City of Chesapeake's City Hall will be on the right just past the library

From Virginia Beach, VA

• Get on Interstate 264-W
• Take the I-64 E EXIT on the left towards CHESAPEAKE/SUFFOLK
• Merge onto I-64 E
• Take EXIT 291-B onto VA-168 S/Chesapeake Expressway, merge to far left lanes toward Nags Head/Manteo
• Take the VA-165 S/Mt Pleasant Rd. EXIT 11-A toward Great Bridge
• Turn right onto Mt. Pleasant Rd

• Get onto US-58 E
• Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp toward Chesapeake/Virginia Beach
