Violation Appeals

If you have received a violation notice and the vehicle referenced in the violation was stolen, leased/rented to another person or not your vehicle, you can appeal the violation. To submit an appeal, please read and follow the instructions below.

Instructions:

For your appeal to be considered, you must complete the following steps:

1. Complete the appeal form including the violation notice number.
2. Complete the certification at the bottom of the appeal form.
3. Return this appeal form, within 21 days of the violation notice issue date.
