Making Online Payments

Pay Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) bills

For your convenience, HRSD payments may now be made over the Internet using your credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. All credit card transactions are processed through Official Payments Corporation, and Official Payments Corporation will charge you a convenience fee for its service. Before you conclude your transaction, you will be given the amount of the convenience fee, the total of your transaction and your confirmation number. Please keep your confirmation number.

When you reach the Official Payments Corporation web site, follow these instructions, referencing the graphic below if you need more help.

1. Select Local Payment.

2. Select Virginia in STATE drop-down menu.

3. Select Hampton Roads Sanitation District in PAYMENT ENTITY drop-down menu.

(The Payment Type drop-down menu will be filled in automatically with Utility Bill.)

 

4. Click on the Continue and follow the instructions to enter payment information.

Official Payments Corp.® charges a convenience fee to process payments. This fee is paid directly to Official Payments Corporation. The City of Chesapeake does not receive any portion of this fee.

Convenience fee charged for payment amounts of $1.00 to $300.00 is $4.95.
