The First Precinct is located in the Great Bridge section of the City. Patrol Officers in the First Precinct are responsible for 122.4 miles of the City's 353 total square miles (34.67%). This Precinct covers 4 of the City's 24 daytime Patrol Beats. The First Precinct Command also maintains the Canine Enforcement Unit, Warrant Unit, Underwater Search and Recovery Team, Marine Patrol, Crime Prevention Unit, and the Auxiliary Police Unit.
