There will be days that the DCR is NOT produced, e.g., weekends, holidays, computer hardware/software malfunction, and/or non-availability of the crime analyst due to sickness, vacation, training, etc.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information at the time of report preparation. The offenses in the crime reports are listed as they were initially reported. Subsequent investigation may result in the listed crimes being reclassified or may result in a determination that the crimes did not occur as reported.
