Please be aware that the following forms must be completed, printed and signed before remitting to the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office. A completed and signed Business Tax form, Vehicle form, or Personal Property form can be either scanned and sent as an email attachment, faxed or mailed to the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office.
