BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Copies of birth certificates are available from the Virginia Division of Vital Records, PO Box 1000, Richmond, VA, 23218, at a cost of $12 each. They may also be ordered by phone with a major credit card by calling the direct line for Vital Records at 1-804-662-6200.
