ARTS & CULTURE

The Chesapeake Fine Arts Commission (CFAC) is responsible for promoting the arts (dance, theater and visual arts) in the City. This commission serves as a united voice for the arts community educating the public about the value of the arts. The CFAC also provides financial assistance to individuals and organizations that pursue the arts. The 14 members of the CFAC are appointed by City Council.
