Customer Contact Center
Donations in support of victim families and community initiatives: For those who wish to make monetary donations to directly assist families of victims of the Walmart shootings, the City has partnered with the Planning Council to facilitate those donations. Please visit www.ThePlanningCouncil.org for a link to the online donation system. For those who wish to donate in support of broader, community-based violence prevention and mental health initiatives, please visit the United Way of South Hampton Roads at www.UnitedWaySHR.org/chesapeake to contribute to their Hope and Healing Fund.
Public Input Meeting: Help the City direct federal funding to assist with housing needs in our community by attending our public input meeting on Thursday, December 15, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the South Norfolk Memorial Library. Register to attend.
The Customer Contact Center serves as the City’s first point-of-contact for citizens as well as visitors and individuals doing business with the City. There are three (3) ways to request a service or report a concern:
