The Public Utilities Department is open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located on the second floor of Chesapeake City Hall, 306 Cedar Road. Call 757-382-6352 or email water@cityofchesapeake.net.

For water leaks, sewer back-ups or low water pressure, call 757-382-3550 after 5 p.m. weekdays, on weekends or holidays. Call 757-382-6352 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We welcome feedback on recent service.
Schedule a Miss Utility Marking

Stormwater ditches, pipes & fees
For storm water pipe and ditch maintenance, stormwater cave-in repairs and stormwater utility fees, visit the Public Works Department's Stormwater Management Division. The Public Works Department also handles recycling, garbage, and bulk waste services.
