Refund Policy
Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Gas and Plumbing Refund Policy
The permit holder may request a refund by submitting a Refund Request to the Department of Development and Permits stating the reason for the request.
The percentage of allowable refund permitted is listed in the chart. Please note that no 100-percent refunds will be granted, and there will be no refunds of $50 or less.
All refunds will be subject to a processing fee of $50 and must be approved by the director.

Zoning Refund Policy
- All refund requests shall be made in writing, shall specify the reason for the request and are subject to an administrative processing fee of $25. No refunds shall be issued for fees, costs, charges or expenses of $50 or less.
