- Request the Public Works Development Construction Administrator (DCA) to prepare the bond amount.
- Pay the plat processing fees.
- Submit Lot Grading Certification.
- Public Works will ensure that Statement of Responsibility is up to date.
- Ensure all invoices for subdivision inspection fees are paid to date.
- Record and/or bond any improvements and easements required in another project or phase of development.
- Satisfy all proffers and plan approval stipulations.
- Obtain Public Works Department and Planning Department’s signatures and submit the signed prints to the Circuit Court for recordation.
