Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability
Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare operates two intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability. The two homes, Highlands Place East and Highlands Place West, are located on Rokeby Avenue. Each home is equipped to serve up to five adults.
