This schedule assumes applications are fully complete upon submittal and no significant issues are identified through the review process.

Effective Jan 3, 2018, public hearing application deadline, all required legal paperwork with original signatures and notarizations, as required by the Chesapeake Zoning Ordinance, must be submitted to the Planning Department by 5pm, the day of the application deadline.  Legal documents include power-of-attorney(s), statement of ownership(s), title reports, Real Estate Demonstration forms, indemnifications agreements, and all other application requirements put forth by the City Code and Zoning Ordinance.  Any application that fails to provide this information by 5pm will automatically be deemed incomplete and will not be processed.  Proffer statements are not included as they are due at a later date.
