Mission Statement

The employees of the City of Chesapeake are committed to providing quality service
to all Citizens equitably, in a responsive and caring manner.

Core Values

The capability to explain and be answerable for decisions and actions taken by self and/or subordinates.

Being capable of making rational decisions on one’s own, therefore, being answerable for one’s behavior.

We, the employees of the City of Chesapeake are committed
