Toll by Plate
Receive a Dominion Boulevard invoice? Here's how to pay:
Chesapeake Treasurer's Office,
City Hall, 306 Cedar Rd
Dominion Boulevard Veterans Bridge
*Annual toll rate increase starts Sunday, July 1 at 12:01 a.m.*
For the lowest toll rate you must have an E-ZPass account with a registered transponder properly installed in the vehicle. The account must be funded and the vehicle license plate must be properly listed on the account. Motorists who have not properly registered their transponder(s) or license plate(s) or whose E-ZPass accounts have insufficient funds will be charged the non-E-ZPass toll rate. Choose to fund using auto replenishment to avoid a negative balance in your E-ZPass account. Verify your account regularly to ensure you get the E-ZPass rate.
You can also pay in person at the main Chesapeake City Treasurer's Office in City Hall (306 Cedar Rd). (Toll disputes cannot be handled at any walk-in location and must be done through www.PayDominionTolls.com.)
