Billing Information for HRUBS Utility Bills

Chesapeake Public Utilities will automatically begin an HRSD - Hampton Roads Sanitation District - account with a new water account. HRSD provides sewage treatment and bills customers separately according to water usage. Call 757-460-2491 for concerns about your HRUBS - Hampton Roads Utility bill.
