2013 Approved Legislative Package
This Legislative Program is presented in two sections. This first section contains Chesapeake's legislative initiatives for 2013. These initiatives are specific legislative actions which the City of Chesapeake requests that the Virginia General Assembly consider and approve during its 2013 Session. The second section contains policy positions. The City Council requests that the General Assembly consider these positions throughout its decision-making process. Questions or comments concerning the Legislative Program should be directed to the City's legislative liaison, Anna D'Antonio 382-6322.
