In person, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday at the:

By mail, pick up a Virginia Voter Registration Application at the following sites:

• All Chesapeake Public Libraries, including Bookmobile
  • Please note: Chesapeake Public Libraries will accept Virginia Voter Registration Applications at the Reference Desk and forward them to our office
• Department of Motor Vehicles offices
• Chesapeake Treasurer's Office, all locations
• Chesapeake Commissioner of Revenue Office, all locations
• Military recruitment offices
• Public assistance agency offices
