City Park

COMPLETE
This project has been divided into three phases to facilitate the construction work and minimize interruptions to park activities.

• Phase I: Scope of work included tree clearing and access road improvements. Work was completed in June 2011.
• Phase II: Scope of work included major storm drainage improvements and excavation of a stormwater pond. Work was completed in late October 2011.
• Phase III: City Park was closed throughout this phase of the project but it is now open.  Scope of work for this phase included roads, paved walkways, new shelters, a permanent restroom facility, earthwork to build a low-rise amphitheater area, a dedicated farmers market and other improvements.
