It highlights the benefits of utilizing and adhering to basic crime prevention techniques and tactics that, when followed, can reduce the likelihood of becoming a victim. In addition, this program strives to develop a strong, cooperative, working relationship between citizens and police. Learn more on how to start a neighborhood watch program.
