Small Shelter
Chesapeake Parks & Recreation offers a variety of shelters available for rent. We have locations all over the City. Whether you are having a birthday party, wedding, reception or your next family reunion we have the right accommodations for you. Let our dedicated staff guide you to the right facility.
Chesapeake City Park, has shelters of various sizes to accommodate your party needs. Our large group shelter will easily seat 100 people. If your party is smaller, try one of various shelters designed for groups of up to 36 people. There are several shelters located outside of the Fun Forest play area, which are great for children's birthday parties. Call Chesapeake City Park at 757-312-0243 for more details.
Northwest River Park's shelters and activity building are available for rent! The activity building, with heat and air, is the perfect location for that office retreat or gathering. Northwest River Park also has a newly renovated outdoor amphitheater. Also available for rent: camping/cabins, bikes or paddle boats/kayaks/canoes. Have a large group?
