Activity Building
Northwest River Park is a 763-acre park that has been developed as a natural recreation area. Water activities are on a man-made lake in the northern part and the Northwest River at the southern end of the park.The park has an Activity Building that can be rented for groups up to a max of 49 people. It has heat and air, table and chairs, an outdoor grill and it is carpeted. Residents and nonresidents can utilize the facility at the following rates:
| Resident/Nonprofit $20 per hour 2hr min. |
Resident/Profit $40 per hour 2hr min. |
| Nonresident/Nonprofit $40 per hour 2hr min. |
Nonresident/Profit $60 per hour 2hr min. |
In addition to the above rates there is a $15 nonrefundable processing fee. There is a $50 security deposit and a $150 damage deposit. Both deposits are refundable.
