The City of Chesapeake’s Human Resources Department introduces an Organizational Development initiative strategically designed for service sustainability and cultural transformation through leadership development. This organizational excellence internal consulting program is customized to yield system-wide transformation, engagement and service excellence through committed partnerships with Executive Leaders, Department Heads and Supervisors.

Partners In Excellence (PIE) provides real-time leadership development by way of on-site management consultations, leadership and communication assessments, executive coaching and departmental training directly aligned with chartered goals and objectives.
