- Reissuance of Certificate of Use and Occupancy: $25.00
- Temporary Construction Yard and/or Construction Trailer Permit plus $5.00 Tech Fee: $25.00
- Temporary Outdoor Sales Permit, plus $5 Tech Fee: $50.00
- Beginning Work Without a Permit: $75.00
- Application for Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing: $100.00
- Review of residential plans for USBC permit: $10.00
- Permits for fences, not governed by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC) (Ex. fences that are not required to surround pools): $35.00
- In addition to the $35.00 fee for issuing a fence permit, a $10.00 per $1,000 value of construction, plus a $5.00 Technology fee are assessed.
- For example: the total fee for a fence not governed by building code with a $4,000 value of construction would be $35.00 + ($10.00 x 4 = 40.00) + 5.00, for a total of fee of $80.00.
- Temporary Signs: $50.00
- Signs:
- Fees for the erection, placing, replacing, hanging, or rehanging of signs (Zoning Ordinances) for the area of sign faces as follows:
