Rental Inspection Fees

As required by Chapter 14 of the Chesapeake City Code, the following fee shall be required for inspection of rental units in designated "Special Emphasis" areas upon change of tenant:

1. Initial Inspection: $35.00
2. 1st Reinspection: $10.00
3. 2nd Inspection: $50.00
