The mission of the Office of Youth Services is to coordinate and promote safe and healthy communities for you. 

The primary goal of the Office of Youth Services is to ensure all children and youth receive the Five America’s Promise:

• safe places,
• healthy start,
• effective education, and
• opportunities to help others.
