The Chesapeake Community Services Board's Substance Abuse program provides a variety of assessment, treatment and prevention services to the citizens of Chesapeake.  These include individual and group counseling for adults and individual therapy for adolescents. We provide outpatient services only. For those requiring detox or inpatient treatment, there are a limited number of options available with which we may be able to link you.
