How can you make a difference?

Consider joining the Chesapeake Assessment and Planning Partnership (CAPP). CAPP is a coalition of Chesapeake residents and members of various community organizations and agencies. CAPP focuses on identifying the problems associated with the critical hours of 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm when youth are left unsupervised.
