CSB of Chesapeake, Inc.

CSB of Chesapeake, Inc. shall be to own real property that will be leased to the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, a municipal corporation, for use by the Chesapeake Community Services Board, a public agency of the City of Chesapeake, to enable and assist the Board in carrying out its statutory mission, which includes providing evaluation, treatment, case management, emergency intervention, and other services and supports to residents of the City of Chesapeake who are experiencing mental illness, intellectual disabilities or substance abuse. CSB of Chesapeake, Inc. is being created in compliance with Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 and the model procedures adopted by Chesapeake City Council on February 25, 2003.
