LOCATION: Unknown and Known Afro – Union Civil War Soldiers Memorial 1001 Bells Mill Road Chesapeake, VA 23322 [This Memorial is the only one of its kind in the Commonwealth of Virginia dedicated to saluting Afro – Union Soldier and Sailor Patriot Heroes.]
ADMISSION: Free to the General Public
[Seating is limited to 50 attendees. Bring a folding chair is suggested.]
