Environmental Site Assessment Fees

• Development Fees

A Phase I environmental Site Assessment shall be required when a development involves any land disturbance for residential, assembly, day care, group home, recreation, school, library or similar use. 

A fee of $1,600 is charged for the review of a Phase I ESA, and a fee of $2,300 is charged for the review of a Phase II ESA, if one is required.

This fee will be collected at the time of a Planning Application, if applicable, or at the time of development plan submittal.
