The City of Virginia Beach has created the first draft on the Green Sea Blueway and Greenway Management Plan and would like to receive input by March 13, 2015. A presentation of the plan was presented to Chesapeake at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 10.

The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) welcomes you to share your local knowledge and thoughts on the Hampton Roads Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Process during a public meeting. The meeting located closest to Chesapeake will be on March 3, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at The Slover Public Library, 235 East Plume Street in Norfolk.
